Our schedules have changed. Some of us may feel overwhelmed; we find ourselves doing more work than we did before the pandemic. In some cases our lives have changed drastically, and balancing work, family and working out has truly become challenging. Personally, that is how it was for me initially when I began working from home. How can we manage to maintain a balance between work, family, and working out?
We can all Walk for 30 to 45 minutes daily. Make sure to bring your mask and pick a spot where you are less likely to run into crowds.
Doing this can make you feel great! And, if you want to go beyond that then create a more robust routine.
Although some of the gyms are closed, I created a homemade work-out that consists of stretches, push-ups, and sit-ups. I also peruse workout videos on YouTube, which helps me stick to a daily workout without having to invent a monthly membership payment. I’ve been able to maintain my fitness level by doing things like this, but if you’re only ready to engage in a basic exercise, stick to the walking.
