Why am I losing motivation during Covid-19?

I truly believe it all starts from our thoughts and what we think about every day can cause us to lose our motivation. It’s very important that we think about the things that we want to happen in our lives. When we start to focus on “I don’t think I can do it,” “I’m not smart enough to do it” or similar thoughts we end up running into a wall. It’s important to recognize that we built that wall ourselves, with negative thinking. Before we can accomplish anything, we must believe it.

What can we do to regain our confidence during difficult times like COVID?

The first thing we can do is think differently! For example, if you want a new job, why not go for your dream? You may say, “Marie, Coronavirus is impacting the job market, now is not the time to try something like that.” Don’t adopt that attitude. If we believe that we can have the job, that will help us get the job.

It may not seem like it, but now is a time when, though things are bleak, opportunities could be right around the corner. IF you adopt a positive mindset.
