What Drives Ambition?

Aug 31, 2020 | Everyday | 0 comments

Ambition is different for everyone; we are all driven by different things and different reasons. What drives my ambition every day is just having the opportunity to live one more day. After surviving cancer, I look at life as a blessing. I am blessed to be able to get up and pursue my dreams and my purpose. Another thing that drives my ambition is being able to create a great life for my family financially. Everybody has a different reason, and that is OKAY. I think when we have goals it helps us be more ambitious, especially when we write them down and we have a timeline to achieve the goal. For example, I always wanted to write a book, so I gave myself two years to finish the book. I did finish it on time because I had a timeline to finish it.

How do we control our ambition?

We can control your ambition by not over working yourself, making sure we have time to enjoy life. Because the worst thing we can do in life is to spend too much time obsessing over working hard and reaching goals and not having time to spend with family and loved ones. My ambition regarding my career lies in continuing to care about people, show love to people, inspire people, and help them live their best life through my radio show at KK LA every Saturday.

And I’m also teaching seminars and courses on Zoom! Please check out my courses and seminars online on my website mariezq.com. I have a six weeklong course coming up where I teach you everything that I know about living your best life possible. People struggle with life’s great challenges, and they sometimes need help in surmounting those obstacles. I once battled stage three cancer, which led to losing my apartment and my job. Now, I’m a wife, mother, author, motivational speaker, and radio host. I can help you learn how I did it.

Why are some people more ambitious than others?

I think ambition is a choice. The only difference between someone who is ambitious, and someone that is not, is some people do not see themselves worthy of their dreams and goals. The moment you reach your epiphany and see that you are worthy leads to a transformation, and then greater things will beckon. We will go for great things and we will accomplish great things at that time! Please tune in to my radio show “You Are Being Tested, Do Not Worry” this week Saturday Aug 5 at 4:30 PM 99.5 FM KKLA. I interviewed the CEO and president of She Beverage and the WFLA women’s football league Lupe Rose. Lupe Rose is an amazing example of great person with huge ambitio

Make it a great day and week.
